The team at Unbreakable is 100% committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, however sometimes people order the wrong item or, on very rare occasions the wrong item is shipped or gets damaged in transit.

Please read the following for details on returning goods in the event that there is an unforseen problem with your order.

I have chosen the wrong item/size/colour:

Sometimes, even with the best of intentions you select the wrong item, or choose the wrong size or colour. If we have the item in stock we will swap it for the one you want, once we have received the item you wish to exchange. If the item is not in stock we will credit your account the cost of the item. Simply drop us a line on our contact form or one of our emails, include your order number, and we will get back to you with details about how to return the item. There will be a charge for shipping wrongly selected items.

The item being returned must be in its original packaging with all labels still attached.

My goods arrived but they have been damaged:

All goods are shipped from Unbreakable in top condition. We advise all our customers to inspect all items prior to signing for them. We will replace any damaged goods unless you have signed for them as being received in good condition.

We use a track and trace service on all orders for your protection which means that all goods are insured against damage. If you believe the item has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately with your order number so we can contact the courier company and advise you on returning the item to us. If an item is damaged Unbreakable will meet the costs of replacing it, including all shipping costs.

All return requests, whether exchanges or damaged items, must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Cancelling or Changing orders:

If you wish to cancel an order the amount will be credited to your account. No cash refunds will be given. If you wish to change an order that has not been sent to you there will be no charge unless the items switched are more expensive. Changing an order that has already been sent will incur extra shipping costs as per the return policy.

Back Orders:

We are unable to take back orders, however if you see an out of stock item or another unstocked item that you would like, contact us on our request page and we will try to include it in our next order. We will advise you as soon as we can whether the item will be available and a timeframe for delivery if it is.


Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Unbreakable cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
